Access to any company’s website can be challenging for persons living with certain disabilities.  A person’s disability is often unique. What may work well for one person, may cause difficulties for another person. Our company has made efforts to accommodate as many of our customers and potential customers as is reasonable given: a) our size and resources b) limitations of technology and third party applications c) knowledge of our customers, and potential customer’s needs. To that end, we have engaged the services of professionals to assist and advise us in these matters with the goal of achieving the highest level of compliance possible.

Third Party Applications

In addition, users may be viewing our site via technology over which we have no control. This includes technology which may be outdated or not working properly, such as browsers, applications (or “apps”), servers, internet connections, mobile devices, screen readers, etc. Given the numerous technologies involved in serving a website, points of failure can and will occur for all users. Although we endeavor to make our site accessible to all users at all times, inability to access a service or feature for a brief period of time is normal. We hope that all users will notify us of any issues so that we can take appropriate steps to fix any issues.

Our website has some video elements.  The videos might consist of lifestyle images and videos that show the featured products.  In some cases the videos have information like the fragrance notes in the video.  This is the same information that is listed in text on that particular product page.
