Article: 2016 Architectural Digest Design Show

2016 Architectural Digest Design Show

One week ago, we had the pleasure of making our debut at the 2016 Architectural Digest Design Show. We pulled out all the stops to create our 1930's boudoir style shop that celebrated cultural luminaries and iconic places from the Harlem Renaissance period.  At the show, we highlighted the inspiration behind each of the seven fragrances in the Harlem Candle Company luxury collection.

We are grateful for the tremendous response and positive feedback about our shop, which was one of the most photographed booths at the show. As the exclusive home fragrance exhibitor and official fragrance sponsor of the event, many were drawn to our shop by our candles and reed diffusers placed throughout the exhibit halls.

At the show, we unveiled two new fragrances including Josephine, inspired by our vision of Josephine Baker's very own boudoir with sensual notes of opulent amber. We also launched Sugar Hill, our fresh citrus orange blossom candle.  Both will be available for wholesale and on our website shortly.

We are truly grateful for how the execution of our vision came to life thanks to Keita Turner DesignKoketWoven Concepts, John Reddick, and Edgar Scott whose interiors and art beautifully complimented the Harlem Candle Company brand.
