Harlem Candle Company is looking for a Head of Operations who will be integral in helping us:

- Evaluating overall performance against OKRs (developing dashboard to gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics in real-time)
- Overseeing the daily operations of the business (manufacturing, production and sales)

Building and Maintaining inventory management system
(to always have a real time picture of all components involved in production) - Organizing manufacturing, production and logistics for our various sales channels including (Online DTC, POS at pop up stores, Amazon, Corporate orders, gift stores and boutiques, and Bloomingdale’s)
- Working directly with our manufacturing companies, specialty glass and packaging suppliers, and our third party logistics company
- Running our EDI operations with our major retail stores and ensure our manufacturing companies adhere to each of their standards
- Managing relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Overseeing customer service support and create and implement processes to provide enhanced customer satisfaction
